Mini Mojo
The Next Mini Mojo in North Dublin will be on Thursdays 1st, 8th, 15th and 22nd June.
Mojo 12 Week Programme
Mojo 12 Week Programme runs 2 days per week, Tuesdays from 10am-2pm and Wednesdays from 10am-1pm. Mojo North Dublin is for men specifically between 18 to 24 years of age. The next programme starts in September 2017.
The Mojo training project is divided into two weekly sessions that are run over twelve weeks. Day 1 of each week focuses on mental wellbeing and resilience building and Day 2 of each week focuses on access to services in the community (employment, education, support and physical fitness).
The sessions are facilitated by staff from various services working in the area.
Also, each participant will have a life coach assigned to them who will help develop an individualised plan that assesses personal issues, gauge education and work experience and, importantly, identify steps to take in order to reach agreed targets. The plans will also include a progression path as this programme is a stepping stone towards work, education and/or another, more permanent, service.
